EP Canada is a national organization of professional photographers working in Canadian editorial markets and publications.

Growing out of the popular Editorial Photographers group in the USA and the
EP-UK, EP Canada carries on the tradition with a group which is dedicated to business standards and practices, business development and advocacy for self-employed professional photographers working in Canadian editorial media.

Contract issues, pricing, ownership and Canadian copyright law are some of the issues this group works on for the professional editorial photographer in Canada. We are also pleased to support photography students and educators across Canada by providing insights and resources which will help young photographers better understand the business of photography and plan for better careers as professional editorial and media photographers.

The work of our members can be found as portraits, news, documentary, fashion, business, industrial, architectural, sports, adventure, environmental, scientific and travel photography in newspapers, magazines, journals and the diverse range of printed and online, private and consumer, publications in Canada and around the world.
